Some might think eyewear is a one-size-fits-all category, but when you have an exceptionally small face (as I do), most shapes are overwhelming. So unless you're into the oversize, Nicole Richie-circa-2006 look, the options are slim. There are options, though, and I found a new favorite during a recent trip to Garrett Leight's store on La Brea in Los Angeles.
This round, John Lennon-inspired shape feels very appealing right now and the unisex style comes in two sizes, neither of which are huge; but I had a definite Goldilocks "just right" moment when I tried on the smaller, 46mm shades. The proportions were perfect, and I didn't feel like I was covering up my entire cheeks in addition to my eyeballs. So for any other small-faced individuals out there who are tired of going the oversized route, here's my summer recommendation!
