JOB DESCRIPTION:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN LUXURY SALES TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • SCHEDULING PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS AND TRUNK SHOW EVENTS
  • MEETING SET MONTHLY SALES GOALS
  • HELPING TO MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS
  • UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE CLIENT DATABASE RESOURCES, AS WELL AS OUR ONLINE OUTREACH RESOURCE, CONSTANT CONTACT.
  • CREATIVE MARKETING INITIATIVES ARE TO BE EXECUTED WITH THE DESIGNER, i.e. THROUGH NEWSLETTERS, AND TAILORED OUTREACH TO SPECIFIC CLIENTS
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH PRODUCTION MANAGER FOR CLIENTS’ MADE TO MEASURE NEEDS

EXPERIENCE:

  • LUXURY SALES OR WHOLESALE BACKGROUND
  • LUXURY SHOWROOM MANAGEMENT, OR ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT
  • LUCRATIVE ASSETS WOULD INCLUDE AN EXISTING PERSONAL BOOK OF CLIENTS TO MEET SALES EXPECTATIONS

POSITION:

WHILE AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION, WE OFFER A BASE PLUS A GENEROUS COMMISSION ALONG WITH CREATIVE SALES INCENTIVES WITH ADDITIONAL COMMISSIONS. WE DEVELOP CREATIVE AND PERSONAL CLIENT EXPERIENCES WITH MADE-TO- MEASURE LIKE COLLECTION VIEWINGS AND FITTINGS. WE WILL MAKE AN ORIGINAL AND PRODUCTIVE ENVIRONMENT BETWEEN KAROLINA ZMARLAK, YOU AND THE CLIENT, UTILIZING THE KZ_K STUDIO, TRUNK SHOWS AND PERSONAL SALES. THE COMMUNICATION AND SALES ENVIRONMENT ARE MEANT TO BE INSPIRING, SOPHISTICATED AND BENEFICIAL FOR ALL, OFFERING GROWTH AND INDUSTRY EXPOSURE, WHILE PERONALLY INVESTING IN THE CONCEPT AND EXECUTION OF THE ORIGINALITY AND PRODUCTIVITY BEHIND THE DESIGNS.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • EXPERIENCE IN LUXURY SALES AND/OR WHOLESALE WITH ESTABLISHED CLIENT BASE
  • SET PART TIME SCHEDULE INCLUDING APPOINTMENT AND EVENTS AS NEEDED
  • INDIVIDUAL WHO POSSESSES AN ENTREPRENEURIAL OUTLOOK WITH GOAL ORIENTED DRIVE
  • SOCIAL WITH ABILITY TO NETWORK TO MAINTAIN A STRONG CLIENT BASE
  • SUPERIOR COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • DESIRE AND ABILITY TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN COMPLEX AND DEEP CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
  • COMMUNICATION SOFTWARE, EXCEL SPREADSHEETS AND APPLICATION TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY
