If you've ever watched "Mean Girls" (or even just been to high school), you understand the principle that there can only be one queen of any hive. And while this competition-inducing attitude follows many women into adulthood, it luckily doesn't seem to have followed Cara Delevingne and Rihanna onto the red carpet. The two have both been serving extremely good #lewks during the press circuit for "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets," from Rihanna's frothy pink Giambattista Valli gown to Delevingne's crystal capelet situation. And throughout it all, they've seemed more than willing to share the spotlight with one another.
Never has this been more apparent than last night at "Valerian"'s Paris premiere, where the two posed together for a photocall. Rihanna wore a two-piece Prada ensemble featuring a pink bra top and high-waisted skirt embellished with beaded and feathered fringe topped off with Chopard jewelry, while Delevingne opted for a low-cut Alexandre Vauthier Couture dress in sparkling silver paired with Christian Louboutin heels. Both were playing up their best assets, and rather than detracting from each other's unique style, they actually seemed to magnify one another's cool factor. Here's to girls who know how to kill a red carpet together.
