Spinelli Kilcollin is a directional luxury fine jewelry brand based in Los Angeles. Our collection is carried in over 70 fashion luxury and fine jewelry boutiques worldwide including Barneys, Maxfield, Dover Street Market, Hirshleifer’s, Matches. We are hiring a Wholesale Account Executive to help manage our US accounts and travel for store trunk shows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning orders and consistent stock rotations with our accounts.
  • Analyzing sales figures and sell-through reports to maximize and grow our partnerships.
  • Organizing seasonal trunk shows and selling on the retail floor.
  • Training sales teams and communicating directly with sales associates for special orders.
  • Managing consistent store visits to determine that selling is strong and assortments are working.

  • 3-5 years of wholesale experience in the fashion luxury or fine jewelry markets.
  • A goal-driven sales approach.
  • Retail experience and an understanding of working directly with sales teams and clients.
  • A dependable team player who will work well with our Sales Director, Production and Design departments to ensure that sales fluidity.
  • Skilled in analyzing sell-through reports and sales trends.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a positive disposition.
  • Willingness to travel for trunk shows.
  • Skilled in Excel.
