Eyenigma is looking for a driven, energetic individual who can make a difference. The administrative assistant will be primarily responsible for arranging the appointment bookings for The Designer, Sales Representatives and Trade Shows.
Responsibilities: Invoicing, shipping and receiving using QuickBooks.
Other tasks include handling areas of social media and photography, along with promotions to build sales for the company. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with The Designer to promote the Eyenigma Eyewear brand.
