Thursday was a big day for model news over at New York Fashion Week. Not only did human Cindy Crawford clone Kaia Gerber walk her first-ever runway at Calvin Klein, but not 90 minutes later, Ronnie Fieg brought out a couple special guests — LeBron James, who announced a collaboration with Fieg last month, and Scottie Pippen — for Kith Sport.
The streetwear magnate is known to go big — as evidenced by the event's location at the world-famous Classic Car Club — and this time, he tapped the NBA's finest to help him debut the new goods. For his part, James closed out the show in a checked jacket, track pants and a yellow cap, lip-syncing to Jay Z and Kanye West's "H*A*M."
Pippen also appeared to take his runway role very seriously, but my dude, what else would you expect from a guy with six championship rings?
I assume Michael Jordan was busy, which, sure, is a damn shame, but in retrospect, it's probably for the better: The roof might've blown straight off the venue had he waltzed on in there carrying a Supreme Metrocard.
