Just when you thought millennial pink had hit its peak, from the runway to the red carpet to branding to sneakers and a certain Los Angeles retailer's flagship facade, the trendsetting hue is still going strong among the street style crowd during the third day of New York Fashion Week

But the fashion industry's favorite color has expanded beyond millennial pink, as we spotted its second wind in a variety of tints and tones, like bold magenta. Most showgoers opted for dresses and power suits to show off the popular color, accented with accessories in bright yellow, black or gold.

Backstage at Alexander Wang on Saturday night, model Stella Lucia spent eight hours transforming her platinum blonde hair to a lavender-tinged pink called "rose quartz." Could this be the next phase for millennial pink? We'll have to wait until the end of Fashion Month to find out.
