It's one thing if two industry insiders find themselves both carrying the same street style "It" item during fashion week, but it's a whole other spectacle when you notice multiple pairs of showgoers dressed in what appear to be very similar ensembles. Such was the case for day five of New York Fashion Week as influencers, editors and paired-up peacocks showed off their twinning outfits. Refinery 29's Christene Barberich and Annie Georgia Greenberg gave the dress-over-jeans trend a try to much sartorial success, while influencers Courtney Trop of Always Judging and The Fashion Guitar's Charlotte Groeneveld both put on statement dresses in black-and-white polka dots.

Plus, two more showgoers — who we have yet to identify, but let us know if you recognize them — arrived in nearly the exact same outfits, which consisted of long black dresses, velvet platform boots and bright pink handbags. Their matching bobs and round sunglasses make us think this was all intentional, but we can't help but wonder if the others were just a stylish coincidence.
