Yumi Kim, a growing contemporary women's brand based out of Soho, is looking for a star Wholelsale Sales Coordinator. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking for a multi-faceted key role on a small and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Wholesale National Sales Account Executive
- Handle wholesale ordering platform, verify stock and item accuracy
- Assist in setting up new accounts
- Enter and process wholesale orders into inventory system
- Oversee order confirmation/shipping/chargebacks
- Assist in handling distribution sales and process
- Assist in analyzing market per territory to increase sales and visibility
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
- Confirm and generate wholesale shipments
- Coordinate, complete, and release export documentation for international and factory orders
- Communicate with freight forwarders and trucking companies to help coordinate factory shipments
- Process all customer service requests such as returns, exchanges, and consumer inquiries
Qualifications:
Recommended Articles
- 2+ years experience in wholesale
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external contacts
- Excellent execution and performance skills
- Strong computer and software skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Ability to be organized and prioritize tasks in a timely manner
- Team oriented and ability to multi-task
