On Wednesday evening, the fashion and art worlds merged at the Guggenheim International Gala Pre-Party made possible by Dior. The event, which benefits the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, drew an impressive crew of Dior favorites, including actors, musicians, influencers and models. Este, Danielle and Alana Haim were in attendance, wearing tonally coordinated head-to-toe (what else?) Dior, before making a quick change into a second full-on Dior look for a live performance.
In addition to the chic sister band, favorites of Dior Artistic Director Maria Grazia Chiuri like Michelle Monaghan, Mia Moretti, Aurora James, Phoebe Collings and Chelsea Leyland also showed up, decked out head-to-toe in the French house's finest. There was at least one spotting of Chiuri's ubiquitous "We Should All Be Feminists" T-shirt, not to mention plenty of the Dior sports bras, boob cages, berets and flowing skirts that have come to be known as the designer's signatures. Models Teddy Quinlivan, Maartje Verhoef, Jing Wen, Skylar Tartz, Ellen Rosa and Grace Hartzel each put their own spin on Dior staples, styling them into personalized, fall-appropriate ensembles with velvet accents, black boots and quilted or chain-accented bags.
