We're not the only ones who have all things sparkly and shiny on our brains. (ICYMI: We wrote about glitter not once, but twice in one day this week.) Celebrities appeared to be on the same sartorial wavelength, too, as our best-dressed picks wore plenty of shimmering ensembles for the red carpet and party circuit. 'Tis the season, after all.

Adwoa Aboah kicked off the week in a sequined number by Halpern at the British Fashion Council's 2017 Fashion Awards, where she accepted the title of "Model of the Year." A few days later, Diane Kruger wore Halpern as well, during the premiere of her new film "In the Fade" in New York City. There was also Margot Robbie, dressed in a flashy silver Versace gown at the Los Angeles debut of her award-worthy role as Tonya Harding in "I, Tonya." Beyoncé went for glitter, too, when she presented Colin Kaepernick with the Muhammad Ali Legacy Award at Sports Illustrated's Person of the Year Awards in LaQuan Smith. And all the way over in Dubai, Cate Blanchett glistened in a Cruise 2018 look by Louis Vuitton
