DIY community, Hometalk is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist / entry-level Office Manager.
- Greet and direct visitors, schedule appointments and manage conference rooms
- Answer telephones, take and retrieve messages for various personnel and provide callers with company website and other related information
- Receive, sorts and forward incoming mail; coordinate the pickup and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Manage the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies and run errands
- Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
- Assist with billing and business management
- You’re a team player
- You’re cheerful, upbeat and great at customer service
- You’re super organized, detail oriented, and self motivated
- You’re a good organizer and have an eye for detail
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and basic photo editing
