POSITION/JOB TITLE: Junior E-commerce Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing and Communications and VP of Finance and Strategy


The Junior E-commerce Coordinator will manage the day-to-day activity of Altuzarra’s Digital Flagship store and act as the liaison between Altuzarra and third-party partners. This individual will bring knowledge of e-commerce and organization skills to support team objectives of providing an enhanced customer experience and a digital representation of the Altuzarra universe. A successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. This is an opportunity for someone who is proactive and driven to learn in a growing luxury fashion brand.

Specific areas of responsibility will include:

The Junior E-commerce Coordinator will serve as the liaison between the ecommerce operations, marketing and finance & strategy teams and third-party partners, and will be responsible for all day to day e-commerce related activity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for set up and execution of all daily/weekly/monthly website changes including managing data related to seasonal content, product information, product imagery, site functionality, promotions and pricing
  • Coordinate all aspects of the e-commerce production cycle in order to facilitate the execution of both technical and creative initiatives for the website
  • QA/Test all launches of new content/functionality to website from development to go-live
  • Manage e-commerce third-party partners to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency and that schedule for deliverables is met
  • Report on daily site performance including traffic and conversion, adding insight to explain trends and suggesting potential actions
  • Support in the relationship with Digital Marketing Agency to drive acquisition and retention strategies and initiatives with a focus on traffic generation and conversion, optimizing customer acquisition cost
  • Support to ensure execution of direct email strategy by third-party partner
  • Support Marketing in the photography process including partnering with third party studios to schedule and execute seasonal photoshoots in Europe and the United States
  • Provide support and insight on content strategies and conversion driving initiatives; Manage and update content across site
  • Supervises customer service, ensuring best in class service is offered in line with Altuzarra’s luxury positioning
  • Support Logistics Manager in inventory management, order fulfillment, returns and relationship with third-party warehouse



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support in the production and delivery of various digital marketing materials, website needs and brand-related assets for both internal use and external partners. This includes assets for lookbooks, photo shoots, e-commerce assets, social media, in store trunk shows and events, and runway show
  • Support in collating, analyzing and presenting data pertaining to social media platform performance
  • Support in production of product, lookbook and creative shoots, runway shows, marketing collaborations and events
  • The candidate must be able to collaborate closely with internal and external teams to support tasks such as:
    • Anticipating needs from marketing and sales teams and taking on initiatives both in store and digitally to drive awareness and sales
    • Understand sales goals to align marketing activities and outputs accordingly
    • Ensuring staff across all functions and offices is adhering to a consistent set of brand guidelines



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally at a luxury fashion company
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Fast learning ability to understand content management tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to multi-task and react to shifting priorities while adhering to deadlines. Attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – with a strong need to convey statuses clearly and succinctly to a wide range of cross-functional audiences
  • English fluency
