Sales Consultants will be required to represent N.Peal through product knowledge and by providing memorable customer service.
Responsibilities, are not limited to the following:
- Achieve personal and team sales goals
- Capture customer information and personal preferences
- Build a loyal and trusting personal clientele
- Develop a constant growing wealth of product knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and adhere to store visual guidelines
- Accuracy in executing a sales transaction from beginning to end, including shipping details
- Ability to understand and demonstrate luxury wardrobing techniques
- Ensure the N.Peal brand story is well communicated
The candidate must have 2+ years of luxury experience.
