Title: Senior Account Executive

Position Reports To: Director

Basic Function: Oversee and execute day to day public relations efforts on behalf of Krupp Group accessories clients. Develop original, out-of-the-box pitch angles and oversee execution of brand-building initiatives to garner industry buzz and secure larger brand features. This position requires client management skills, experience developing seasonal and project-based PR strategies, as well as an existing roster of established editorial relationships with both print and digital market and news editors.

  • Support Director in developing and implementing innovative PR campaigns and communication strategies to establish and enhance clients media and consumer visibility
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, proactively communicating, engaging and advising clients on all media and account activities
  • Write, edit and secure necessary approvals on client assets and PR materials, including
       o company and designer bios
       o collection overviews
       o boiler plates
       o campaign press releases
      o product factsheets
  • Conceptualize and execute seasonal press previews, creative media mailers, and large-scale consumer or industry events
  • Craft and pitch smart story angles for special client initiatives and brand news
  • Interpret highly sensitive and confidential client information to engineer compelling business and trade media pitches
  • Maintain seasonal editorial calendars and pitch grids, ensuring key editorial moments and client KPI’s are being met
  • Analyze monthly PR achievements and challenges to provide clients with well-informed reports and project recaps
  • Collaborate with Director in researching and coordinating creative partnerships/collaborations between clients and other brands
  • Interact daily with market editors and stylists to ensure all coverage opportunities are being explored/pitched for the appropriate clients
  • Supervise junior account team on day-to-day activities, including
       o timely execution of editorial and client requests
       o successful management of seasonal collections/sample inventory
       o Strategic distribution of written press materials, as well as special event coordination
       o Compilation of seasonal product blasts & schedule
       o Proactive media monitoring for both product placements and gifting coverage
  • Actively forge and cultivate working relationships with key editors, stylists, and industry tastemakers


  • At least 4 years of experience working in the fashion industry
  • Strong writing skills as this position involves heavy copy writing and written material development
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on Public Relations, Marketing, or Journalism
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Contacts in fashion-adjacent industries such as art, beauty, hospitality preferred but not required
  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
  • Impeccable organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong respect for deadlines
  • Proficiency in Fashion GPS, Cision and Microsoft Suite
