Quickly growing eCommerce site, Blue & Cream, from a leading NYC Fashion Boutique is looking for a quick learner with a passion for fashion to help assist and grow our Customer Service/Logistics team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who is knowledgeable about the latest trends in both fashion and eCommerce.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with order fulfillment
- Assisting with customer service inquiries (both via email and phone).
- Assisting with 3rd Party Warehouse Operations.
- Assisting with inventory issues as they arise.
- Assisting with internal communication to deliver optimal customer experience.
- Maintaining a knowledge of fashion eCommerce best practices.
