Quickly growing eCommerce site, Blue & Cream, from a leading NYC Fashion Boutique is looking for a quick learner with a passion for fashion to help assist and grow our Customer Service/Logistics team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who is knowledgeable about the latest trends in both fashion and eCommerce.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with order fulfillment
  • Assisting with customer service inquiries (both via email and phone).
  • Assisting with 3rd Party Warehouse Operations.
  • Assisting with inventory issues as they arise.
  • Assisting with internal communication to deliver optimal customer experience.
  • Maintaining a knowledge of fashion eCommerce best practices.

In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity for quick career growth, gaining vast knowledge about the growth and maintenance of a successful eCommerce business, and able to experience working in a start up environment.
