Ever since announcing her engagement to Prince Harry, the world's eyes have been fixed on Meghan Markle — and her style. We'll be following the Meghan Markle Effect with our column, "Meghan Markle Wore a Thing."

What does one wear on a surprise trip to Ireland? That was the question facing Meghan Markle on Friday as she and fiancé Prince Harry headed off on another official engagement.

The answer for Markle was this: Take one cream colored Victoria Beckham sweater and pair it with a deep green, fluted skirt from Greta Constantine (both sold out, sadly). On top, slip on a light beige Mackage coat — a favorite of Markle's which you can still nab for $750 if you act very fast. Finish it all off with a Charlotte Elizabeth bag (available for pre-order!) and a pair of burnt-orange, velvet pumps from Prada ($650, right this way), and ta-da! You've got it: The perfect outfit for visiting Ireland for the first time with your fiancé who just happens to be a prince of that nation.

Markle completed the look with her standard undone updo (no Kate Middleton fussiness here) and a light sweep of makeup. Oh, and that crazy-good engagement ring, of course.
