When we predicted that Burberry plaid was going to be one of the street style "It" items to watch during Fashion Month, we knew that the trend was going to be especially popular in London, as showgoers paid homage to Christopher Bailey's final collection for the British heritage brand. But it seems plaid has struck a sartorial chord among the fashion crowd in Paris, too. Throughout Monday's lineup of shows (and a random sock puppet), the checkered print was spotted on suits, coats and skirts in a range of colors, from earthy browns to bright red and blue.
