Dua Lipa was spotted (literally) roaming about New York City on Monday afternoon in a midriff-baring, polka-dotted set. The two-piece was by Marianna Senchina (pick up here), a Ukrainian designer who has become well-known for her uber-feminine and romantic collections, which she often imbues with an '80s Parisian flair. This explains why there are hints of both "Pretty Woman" and Bridget Bardot in the British pop star's summer daytime ensemble, which consisted of a black, ruffle-trimmed, knee-grazing wrap skirt decorated in bright cherry red dots and a matching dotted crop top with voluminous sleeves. Given the skirt's flouncy "It" girl appeal, we won't be surprised to see it about 600 more times this summer.
She teamed the puff-sleeved co-ord with a necklet of mismatched metals in varying lengths, glittery cat-eye sunnies and a circular woven-rattan bag by WaiWai (similar version here). Lipa also toted a giant bottle of Essentia and whipped out her middle finger to round out the look.
