Chanel has so many famous faces amongst its ambassador roster that it can be hard to keep track of them all, and on Tuesday it announced another: Penélope Cruz. Cruz will serve as the face of the brand's cruise campaign, according to a report by WWD.
"It's such an iconic brand and Karl [Lagerfeld] is a genius, and I've been admiring everything he's done since I was a little girl, so it's such a pleasure working with him. He's like the king of fashion and we had a really, really interesting photo shoot, so to be in front of his camera is an adventure,” Cruz told the trade publication.
It was no surprise, then, to see Cruz sitting front row at Chanel's Fall 2018 haute couture collection on Tuesday in Paris. Wearing a pink tweed dress and white beret, Cruz looked like the picture of a classic Chanel woman. And she wasn't the only famous person repping the brand well from the front lines. Lily Rose Depp was there in a demure gray dress, while Liu Wen and Soo Joo Park opted for bright blue numbers near Tracee Ellis Ross, who opted for a mid-length metallic skirt.
