Milk Makeup’s Customer Experience Team directly interacts with our customers and represents our company’s voice on multiple channels across key touch points in the customer journey. In this role you will be a friend and an educator that shares the best advice on how, when, and why to use Milk Makeup products. This position plays a crucial part within the overall online customer experience the company offers.

In this role, you will provide more than just great customer service. You will think about the holistic customer experience across all channels and touchpoints to drive customer loyalty, engagement and value.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to develop brand differentiating customer experiences through multiple channels (e.g., in-person, email, social media, and phone)
  • Seek opportunities to connect with our customer, creating a seamless and personal experience for him/her
  • Provide “above and beyond” service and constantly think about how to improve and innovate
  • Troubleshoot customer questions, issues and complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Become an expert on the Milk Makeup products and brand, including details on our ingredients and packaging
  • Generate thoughtful and strategic insights regarding customer needs to different teams within the company
  • Directly communicate with our Shipping Department to request and process exchanges, address changes, escalate lost packages and continually track the status of unfulfilled orders
  • Be the customer advocate to our Product Development and Marketing teams
