That's a wrap on the men's Spring 2019 shows. New York Fashion Week: Men's ended on Wednesday, and while the city was just recovering from a heat wave, the high temps still lingered. Some showgoers braved the warm weather in layered looks and even outerwear (!), while others decided to shed some skin in order to keep cool. Turns out the latter was the more popular choice, thanks to some shirtless dudes and a lot of man cleavage.

Baring one's chest has been a polarizing menswear trend — Vogue.com noticed its resurgence last summer; other media outlets rebuked the idea — but the street style crowd was happy to bring the "shirts optional" ethos back again this year.
