We are looking for candidates to be a true brand ambassador in our first brick and mortar location that will deliver an unparalleled level of customer service.
NAADAM Sales Assistant
This is a part-time, hourly based role in our Bleecker Street Location. You must be available to work at minimum three days a week with weekend availability.
- Be a brand ambassador for NAADAM in our first ever permanent brick and mortar location
- Energetic, personable, and an appreciation and understanding of ethical fashion
- Empathetic, results-oriented
- Greeting and assisting clients navigate our space
- Upkeeping visual standards
- Offering fit and fit advice alongside product knowledge
- Collecting customer feedback and relaying information back to team
- Assisting with in-store events
- Mac and Google Suite proficiency

NAADAM Floor Lead
This is a supervisor, full-time, hourly based role in our Bleecker Street Location. You must be available to work five days with weekend availability.
- Be a brand ambassador for NAADAM in our first ever permanent brick and mortar location
- Energetic, personable, and an appreciation and understanding of ethical fashion
- Lead the shop successfully FOH and BOH
- Be comfortable navigating customer experience issues
- Metric focused to support KPI reporting
- Monitor and track customer feedback to assist both Retail and Merchandising team
- Energetic, goal-oriented, with a passion and understanding of ethical fashion
- Opening and Closing the shop, including EOD reporting based on shop’s performance
- Responsible for keeping shop staff accountable for opening and closing procedures
- Mac and Google Suite proficiency
