SWG is seeking a Brand Manager to join our team.

The right candidate has experience working in an agency environment and is accustomed to a fast-paced, results-driven, creative environment. This position is based out of SWG’s global headquarters in Soho, NYC.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as an interface between SWG and its clients, build deep and influential relationships with external brand stakeholders, establish respect and trust in the capabilities of SWG and the strategies we develop and execute on their behalf.
  • Demonstrate a full understanding of SWG’s client’s business strategies, priority brand stories and business drivers, and their priority audiences.
  • Develop and execute meaningful brand presentations to deliver consistent messages that drive brand identity and maximize brand presence in key media.
  • Work with the creative team to conceptualize, develop and execute brand-defining programs for SWG’s clients that engage consumers with forward thinking, contemporary strategies (incorporating product, talent, content, social, media, editorial, experiential and retail strategies) that enhance brand perceptions and business performance.
  • Gather key information in project briefings to onboard and continuously update the wider project team
  • Identify network of brand-fitting partners and relationships to develop co-marketing and collaboration programs
  • Support the development of budgets as well as timelines, strategies and executions.
  • Monitor client competitors and category movement and drive awareness to the wider team
  • Proactively engage with SWG Los Angeles and SWG London for management of integrated brand strategies and executions.
  • Coordinate all regular communication, both internal and external, for client accounts

  • Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations
  • Strong command of Keynote, the Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel
  • Exhibits solid communication skills in order to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams - new business experience a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business preferred
