  • this is an unique opportunity for a candidate who has 2+ years experience working within a small creative agency or small brand looking to transition to the driver's seat.
  • you will step in to develop the branding, marketing and content division of our small business to beautifully message the spirit of Malia Mills across all channels: e-commerce, digital, social, retail, events.
  • you will work directly with owner/founder Malia Mills and other members of our studio and retail team to concept, design and execute a wide range of projects -- e-commerce design, functionality and content, digital marketing campaigns, social media content, weekly newsletters, photoshoots, printed materials, in-store events, pop-up shops and more.
  • we are looking for a strong leader to set goals and execute well so that within a year we need to hire additional support for this role.

  • 2+ years working within a small design agency or other creative, small business team environment
  • strong, conceptual thinker who possesses a wide range of design capabilities including a solid background in digital design and digital best practices (e-mail, website, animation, social media design), graphic design and copywriting. 
  • expertise in Shopify, Mailchimp, Photoshop, Illustrator.
