I recently wrote a whole reported piece on the fact that so much ethical fashion looks the same — which is to say, features more than its fair share of basics, neutrals and earth tones — so it made me happy to see that sustainability-centric label Reformation just launched a bunch of very cheery, colorful sweaters in collaboration with La Ligne. My current sweater drawer features two very brightly colored sweaters and a whole host of black, navy and gray ones, and while I wear all of them, I'm looking to give myself a few more rainbow-hued options.
This candy-colored sweater in particular caught my eye from the Reformation x La Ligne collab, because it's the kind of thing that would make any cold fall or winter morning just a little bit brighter. It'd be easy to throw on with high-waisted jeans and a pair of fun sneakers for casual days at the office, but I'd also love to try styling it over a longer dress or skirt with booties for a slightly more dressy look. The fact that it's made entirely from recycled cotton and polyester fibers is just icing on the cake.
La Ligne x Reformation Color-Me-Happy Sweater, $228, available here.
