To support our ambitious growth plans in 2018 and beyond, we are looking for a Brand Partnerships + Experiences Coordinator to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Partnerships & Events team with the planning and execution of all “in real life” experiences and support new and existing brand partnerships
  • Develop a strong understanding of the brand, overall aesthetic and target consumer demographic and utilize those insights to create unique and engaging brand experiences
  • Assist with all aspects of event planning, from initial ideation and logistics to final execution and reporting
  • Create the run of show for events and activations, as well as post-event recaps and reporting
  • Work with the social media and influencer relationships team to conceptualize buzz-worthy giftings to influencers and brand partners
  • Support social media efforts and collaborations where brand partnerships are concerned
  • Work with various vendors to produce branded merchandise for events and new product launch support, manage and meet timelines
  • Work with creative team to brief in and bring to life branded event invites and other collateral
  • Help cultivate new relationships with like-minded brands and assist in managing existing relationships with brand partners
  • Work with the Direct to Consumer team to leverage brand partnerships for the Merch Shop and exclusive promotional offers on Supergoop.com
  • Help manage and support our ongoing relationship with Vail Resorts and Aspen Ski Company
  • Work closely with our distribution center to place, track and follow-up with product orders for events and brand partners
  • Stay on top of industry trends, specifically how other brands are collaborating and creating unique experiences

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Beauty/skincare obsessed, Instagram and pop culture savvy
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to work well under pressure
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
  • Roll up your sleeves attitude, no project is too big or too small to take on
  • Highly creative and innovative with a love for creating surprise and delight experiences
  • Ability to manage valuable relationships and collaborate with both internal and external partners
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
