The Vintage Twin is Hiring Full-Time Sales Associates & Managers in NYC Retail Stores
The Vintage Twin is a curated vintage brand, boasting a large collection of hand-picked and reworked pieces online and in-store. Currently seeking both Sales Associates and Store Managers for its 3 NYC retail locations, The Vintage Twin is looking for driven, enthusiastic people who want to grow with the company. It is a unique opportunity to work for a relatively small company that truly cares about everyone on its team. Applicants must have an unwavering positive attitude, as well as a passion for instilling confidence in customers and driving sales through exceptional customer service. Hourly and salaried positions both available. Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers directly on the sales floor to find and style items they love, all while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Remember the answers to common questions about the brand, items on the floor, policies, etc.
- Take direction well and work with management to maintain a strong and effective team*
- Embody and proudly represent The Vintage Twin brand and the extremely high level of service on which we pride ourselves
Qualifications
Recommended Articles
- 1+ year(s) of retail experience at high-end store(s), or comparable experience in customer service industry*
- Available 30-45 hours/week
- Passion for The Vintage Twin brand
- Friendly and approachable
- Extremely patient with customers
- Easy-going and always able to maintain a positive attitude
*Manager applicants must also have 1+ year(s) of management experience, and will be responsible for overseeing all team members on the sales floor as well as communicating with Inventory Managers and upper management.
