The Initial Sweater That Alyssa Insists Is Personalized Just for Her

You've probably heard that New York City's arbiter of downtown cool (and party bus connoisseur) Alexander Wang has undergone a full rebrand, all the way down to his logo, his retail delivery drop dates and his runway schedule. (His show for "Collection 2" will take place on Saturday night in New York, as a matter of fact.) You've probably also heard that shoppers these days — particularly those of the millennial and/or Gen Z variety — are very into personalization, preferring to purchase items that highlight their individuality. As it turns out, I am a sucker for both of these aforementioned things, so this Alexander Wang pullover adorned with the letter "A" is an extremely on-brand purchase.
Go on and crack all of the "Scarlet Letter" jokes you want, but that will not stop me from thinking about treating myself to this simple, cozy knit that bears the first letter of my name ever so subtly. Sure, "A" is technically for "Alexander Wang," but it's also very much for "Alyssa," making it special enough to believe it was made just for me.
