Ever since announcing her engagement to Prince Harry, the world's eyes have been fixed on Meghan Markle — and her style. We'll be following the Meghan Markle Effect with our column, "Meghan Markle Wore a Thing."

After something of a brief (certainly well-deserved!) hiatus following the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's whirlwind tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga in October, Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle is back to Wearing Things

Two weeks ago, she surprised us with a solo visit to the Hubb Community Kitchen in London wearing a burgundy Club Monaco coat with a coordinating dress from the same retailer. And on Thursday, the Duchess wore another coat — it being December, this checks out! — for another solo visit to attend a meeting with The Association of Commonwealth Universities at King's College London.

The cashmere-and-wool coat in question was courtesy of Aritzia, a Canadian brand she's worn previously. And, good news: You can still buy the Wilfred (Aritzia's in-house label) Cocoon Coat for $350; while her particular shade of pink ("Petale") is mostly sold out, its mid-length version is still available in a whole bunch of other colors and sizes. Might we suggest the beige-y shades of "Gold Camel," ""Chasm" or "Myth"?

Stay warm out there, Duchess — we hear the temperatures only continue to get colder as winter continues, or something. You know what that means! More coats! Ahhhhhhh!
