Spinelli Kilcollin is a luxury jewelry company based and manufactured in Los Angeles, CA. The company was founded by designer Yves Spinelli, in 2010, and is currently carried in luxury boutiques worldwide including Barneys, Maxfield, Elyse Walker, Hirshleifer's, Forty Five Ten, Mitchells, Ron Herman Japan, Matches Fashion, and Holt Renfrew. Famed for its interlocked, multi-band rings, the brand also designs architecture-inspired linked necklaces, earrings and bracelets.

Spinelli Kilcollin seeks a dedicated inventory manager to join us in our office in downtown Los Angeles. The inventory manager will be responsible for tracking and managing all inventory, working closely with wholesale and retail teams to ensure all pieces all pieces are accounted for. Accuracy and attention to detail in this role will be vital for streamlined operations. Additionally, being able to manage multiple priorities and thinking creatively will help this person thrive in their new role. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable and trustworthy. This candidate will also have a passion for fine jewelry and design and be curious to learn more to grow with the company

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Track incoming and outgoing pieces
  • Manage repair orders
  • Log, ship and track inventory on memo and consignment to all accounts
  • Request on-hand reports monthly from wholesale accounts to ensure inventory is accounted for
  • Create trunk show memos, prepare trunk show display kits, and ensure all pieces have returned
  • Assist shipping manager in preparing wholesale orders i.e. tagging, packing, labels etc.
  • Consider how to streamline and improve inventory processes
  • Devise ways to manage existing stock efficiently
  • Coordinate with wholesale and retail teams to ensure stock is accurately placed and allocated correctly

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years experience of logistics management, ideally in fashion/fine jewelry
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear communicator with a friendly and positive demeanor
