Ever since announcing her engagement to Prince Harry, the world's eyes have been fixed on Meghan Markle — and her style. We'll be following the Meghan Markle Effect™ with our column, "Meghan Markle Wore a Thing."
Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, is continuing her week of patronage duties with a visit to the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) in London on Thursday. While she wore a blush-nude dress and jacket by Brandon Maxwell during Wednesday's trip to the National Theatre, she gravitated toward the other end of the color spectrum with her latest look. The all-black ensemble, comprised of a Givenchy wool crepe cape coat (previously seen during Remembrance Day) and a matching dress with a pleated Georgette silk skirt. The Duchess finished the look with simple nude pumps.
As for beauty, she wore an unexpected updo style: a top knot, which shows off a pair of stud earrings that the eagle-eyed fans at Meghan's Mirror believe are Dean Davidson's Signature Midi Knockout Studs.
