We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking part-time to full time Retail Sales and E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist to join our passionate and inspired sales team. This is a great opportunity for the right person! Me&Ro is a small jewelry design company in its 27 year in NYC, creating original jewelry and other designs for our global website and store on Elizabeth Street in downtown Manhattan.
- Assist customers in store with purchases
- Assist customers with e-commerce orders, returns and exchanges
- Respond to all customer inquiries via email and phone
- Facilitate customer repairs
- Assist Marketing team
- Experience in luxury sales and/or web customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Passion for working with people
- Ability to self-motivate and be proactive and creative getting clients to the store
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday’s a must)
- Proficient and comfortable with various computer programs. Shopify and Retail Pro experience a plus.
