Position: Store Manager

Job Description:

The Store Manager will be expected to drive sales and profitability. They are the brand leaders of our store and put emphasis on creating the highest level of customer care. They are also strong leaders who develop, mentor and motivate the team. Our Store Managers create a positive, energetic environment and inclusive culture for their team and customer while leading the operations of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales, and react to business
  • Manage inventory and stock replenishment
  • Educate team of sales plans and personal goals; provide coaching to ensure sales are maximized
  • Oversee all aspects of Customer Service and build customer loyalty
  • Ability to creatively merchandise the store
  • Recruit, Train, Develop, and Retain talent; Manage a staff of 5-10 people
  • Oversee quarterly inventories

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of Assistant Manager experience and/or 1-2 years of Store Manager. Preferably in luxury retail
  • Store opening experience a plus
  • Recruiting, team building, and development preferred
  • Have merchandising and styling experience
  • Have a passion for fashion and a strong ability to adapt to customer style preferences
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflict
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Position: Retail Sales Associate (Key Holder)

Job Description:

As an Eberjey Sales Associate you are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building our brand one customer at a time and ultimately driving our business through sales as well as a passion for our brand. You should demonstrate a strong commitment to service, authenticity, fashion sensibility, and exceptional selling skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high-level of customer service through extensive product knowledge
  • Contribute to maintaining all brand and operating standards to support brand consistency
  • Driving store sales results and growing the business through action and productivity
  • Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships
  • Replenish merchandise to brand standards

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably from boutique or high-end retailer
  • Strong customer service skills and clientele driven
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and weekend availability is required
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Positive attitude
