FEIT is a luxury footwear and accessories brand for men and women currently seeking applicants for the Store Manager, Key Holders and Sales Associates positions for our new San Francisco location opening April 2019.

FEIT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing, motivating and recruiting a team to ensure high levels of efficiency
  • Meet assigned monthly sales goals
  • Improve customer service, drive foot traffic and store sales to increase profitability
  • Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and provide high quality customer service.
  • Uphold and reinforce company standards of high quality customer service
  • Maintain store appearance and product presentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Control stock levels, manage back and front of house operations with all shipping/receiving.
  • Oversee all aspects of inventory control and loss prevention.
  • Create engaging visual merchandising standards for the store and maintain.
  • Analyze store sales reports to assess and determine the needs of the business.
  • Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image, at all times.
  • Participate in seasonal line reviews and store orders.

Weekly

  • Set and manage weekly store schedule for staff.
  • Arrange weekly staff meetings, set sales goals and review staff performance.
  • Control and oversee store expenses including ordering supplies, payroll submissions, and general store maintenance.
  • Restock orders for low stock items.
  • Keep constant communication with the head office in New York.
  • Submit daily sales reports.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of retail sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management position.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to delegate.
  • Strong aesthetic eye
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to perform effective selling techniques to achieve sale and generate repeat business
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of POS systems.
  • Physical requirements: ability to lift /carry/move 40 lbs. minimum and use ladder or stairs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; could include holidays, weekends, overnight, and evenings.
  • Ability to build, organize and motivate a strong sales team.
  • Knowledge of retail math and sales reports a plus.
  • Shopify knowledge a plus

PART-TIME KEY-HOLDER

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to clientele and understand customer needs, drive business by reacting to customer needs
  • Maintain an effective clientele list and manage wait list
  • Strong sense of product knowledge
  • Collaborate with Store Manager in areas of risk management and inventory management
  • Assist in training of sales staff in all areas of appropriate Point of Sale usage and maintenance
  • Support Manager in back and front of house operations and all shipping/receiving
  • Maintain store appearance and product presentation to company standards
  • Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
  • Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image, at all times
  • Meet sales goals

Weekly

  • Assist in product knowledge during weekly staff meetings
  • Oversee receipt of new store stock.
  • Open and close store on an extremely punctual basis.
  • Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal

Qualifications

  • 2+ years retail experience

  • Ability to perform effective selling techniques to make sales and acquire repeat business
  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; could include holidays, weekends, overnight, evening or call-in shift
  • Existing client book not required, but a plus

PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES

Key Responsibilities

  • Clientele and understand customers’ needs with outstanding service
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of merchandise
  • Straighten selling floor and keep store clean and organized
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide excellent service
  • Restock product as needed and assist in shipping and receiving of stock
  • Participate in inventory count
  • Comply with POS policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and development meeting
  • Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
  • Meet sales goals
  • Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image, at all times
