We are seeking an enthusiastic problem-solver to join our Customer Experience Team at our headquarters in NYC. The Customer Experience Specialist will represent THE ARRIVALS brand by providing exceptional customer support throughout the exploration, order, and delivery process. The perfect candidate is excited to support the growth of a fast-paced brand in a variety of responsibilities across multiple business units.

You are an intelligent, optimistic and solution oriented person who is excited to be our first point of contact with our customers. Whether through phone, email, chat or social media, you will serve as our brand ambassador to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Our ideal candidate is a scrappy entrepreneur at heart who will:

  • Deliver above and beyond customer service via phone, email, and live chat, always striving to create a smoother experience for our customers
  • Capture customer insights and recommend product improvements based on customer feedback
  • Problem solve and think creatively to continually improve and innovate current processes and identify solutions to prevent customer’s pain points
  • Work with design, marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience
  • Analyse and aggregate weekly performance reports to be presented to management team
  • Handle data/PO submission and manage daily order operations within our warehouse
  • Track and document returns and exchanges

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 0-2 years experience in a customer service role or a related field (experience at a startup or e-commerce company is a major plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate clearly while maintaining a friendly and optimistic attitude; empathy is a must
  • Autonomous and resourceful with a confidence in computer skills, data analysis, and trend forecasting and an ability to operate with a sense of urgency
  • Superb work ethic and stamina to work long hours
  • Eager to adapt to new systems and processes
  • Interest in all parts of a startup and how each department works together to achieve a unified goal
  • Passionate about fashion and a natural curiosity to learn; must have a ‘no task is too small’ attitude
