Candidates should have a background in luxury wholesale sales with a focus on accessories. Abnormal fixation on website conversion rates and analytics also a plus. Only seeking team players and people who love plants.

  • Market planning: dates, making rental and travel arrangements in collaboration with Aurora, researching new stores,outreach to buyers with market invite
  • Collection management: Pricing, sample image collection/creation, linesheet creation
  • Market: Making and confirming appointments, buyer follow-up, order capture, order transcription
  • In-Season Management: checking in with existing accounts for reorders/sell-throughs, managing damages or RA requests, swaps
  • Immediates Management: Negotiate immediates orders with new accounts or pop ups, create ATS and custom line sheets (happens about 4-6 times per season)

  • Periodically (1x month) audit internal records versus BA records to make sure all invoices are being uploaded


  • General store presentation and merchandising
  • Lead organization and inventory initiatives
  • Oversight of Shopify Point of Sale system (functionality, health, improvements)
  • Manage retail team, hours, part time staffing, hiring
  • Seasonal in store event planning
  • Identify clientelling initiatives


  • General ecommerce presentation and merchandising
  • Oversight of Shopify functionality and health
  • Work with web designer (Ben Rabb) on occasional improvements/fixes
  • Identify clientelling initiatives (top customers, inactive customers, customers that don’t receive email marketing, etc)
  • Monthly audit unfulfilled orders and work with sales team to resolve/clean up record-keeping
  • Run unfulfilled order reports for new shipments to be allocated for DTC
  • Work with customer service to resolve any customer disputes before raising refund requests
