We celebrate and champion designers with an artful and unique point of view, and a commitment to beautiful design. Our highly curated selection features pieces that are elegant, modern and essential. Above all we will provide a singular and inspiring experience for our clientele.
- Greet customers warmly to ensure all customers feel welcome in the boutique.
- Engage, advise and educate customers on designers, materials and trends.
- Assist customers with in-store with purchases as well as e-commerce orders, returns and exchanges.
- Respond to all customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner
- Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction and outreach.
- Maintain and update inventory both on and off the sales floor
- Assist with merchandising product both online and in-store
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in luxury sales and/or web customer service
- Strong client book
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for customer and management relations.
- Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Energetic, self-motivated, friendly and focused.
- Knowledgeable about Quiet Storms designers and inventory, as well as the industry.
- Proficient and comfortable with various computer programs and social media platforms.
SALARY & COMPENSATION
- Hourly position with commission benefits dependent on experience
