Contemporary Women’s Apparel Retail/Wholesale Company seeks Office Assistant to aid in all back office functions of our thriving business. We operate in a fast paced and creative environment with ample opportunity for growth into different aspects of our business for the right candidate. Must be a team player with 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Entering purchase orders into retail POS software (Springboard)
  • Uploading product images and details onto retail websites via Shopify
  • Downloading wholesale orders from Joor and entering purchase orders into wholesale management software
  • General Office Administrative Tasks

Skills required:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Perfect attention to detail
  • Self Starter
  • Great Time Management
  • Computer Savvy
  • Excel knowledge a plus

Position is Part Time with potential for Full Time.

Compensation is hourly, $15-17 or DOE.
