Jill Roberts Is Hiring A Retail / Wholesale Office Assistant In Los Angeles
Contemporary Women’s Apparel Retail/Wholesale Company seeks Office Assistant to aid in all back office functions of our thriving business. We operate in a fast paced and creative environment with ample opportunity for growth into different aspects of our business for the right candidate. Must be a team player with 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Entering purchase orders into retail POS software (Springboard)
- Uploading product images and details onto retail websites via Shopify
- Downloading wholesale orders from Joor and entering purchase orders into wholesale management software
- General Office Administrative Tasks
Skills required:
- High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Perfect attention to detail
- Self Starter
- Great Time Management
- Computer Savvy
- Excel knowledge a plus
Position is Part Time with potential for Full Time.
Compensation is hourly, $15-17 or DOE.
