Title: Finance & Operations Associate
Position Reports To: Director of Finance & Operations and HR Director
Basic Function: Executing day-to-day financial, operations and human resources efforts on behalf of Krupp Group. Partake in working with the Operations team to set and achieve company goals.

Essential Duties:


  • Assist with accounts payable process by managing bills and credit card transactions
  • Maintain relations with vendors, including negotiating contract terms and fees, strategizing office solutions, and overseeing vendors’ service to Krupp Group (such as IT Company, phone, internet, delivery services, and others)
  • Monitor, organize and reconcile petty cash
  • Deposit checks and process credit card payments
  • Review and process employee expense reports on a monthly basis
  • Draft contracts for new clients and manage the contract execution process
  • Serve as accounting point of contact for clients and answer any questions
  • Work with Director of Finance to help prepare and send monthly invoices to clients
  • Collecting on past-due accounts and assess finance charges when applicable
  • Assist with other general finance and bookkeeping tasks as directed

Human Resources

  • Assist HR Director in execution of the intern program, ensuring that proper documentation has been collected for all interns and submit timesheets to Director of Finance
  • Assist with the hiring process specific to posting positions and setting up interviews
  • Assist in the coordination of team building events, outings and holiday party
  • Assist with other general HR tasks as directed


  • Strong understanding of business planning and models for financial analysis
  • Degree in Accounting or Business preferred
  • At least 3 years’ experience
  • Experience with Quickbooks required
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other supporting applications
  • Congenial and patient in all circumstances and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Resourceful and determined work ethic
  • Organized and attentive to details and follow-through
  • Basic understanding of public relations and fashion
