Ever since announcing her engagement to Prince Harry, the world's eyes have been fixed on Meghan Markle — and her style. We'll be following the Meghan Markle Effect™ with our column, "Meghan Markle Wore a Thing."
Once it was announced that Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, would be attending the London premiere of "The Lion King" with her husband, Prince Harry, the internet has been ablaze with excitement that our American Princess would be meeting our other American Royal Family: Beyoncé and her husband, Jay Z. At Sunday night's yellow carpet, it finally happened.

And not only did they meet, it looks like the Duchess of Sussex and Beyoncé had an absolute love fest. There was lots of hugging and arm squeezing, and so many warm smiles it makes my cheeks hurt to look at them.
