After filming "Bohemian Rhapsody" in 2017, making red carpet (and front row) appearances together throughout 2018 and then openly, "officially" talking about their relationship at the beginning of 2019, Rami Malek and Lucy Boynton have now cemented their Fashion Power Couple status with the release of their very own September issue covers on Monday. Synergy! How romantic! Mazel!
Malek, who graces the front of the GQ's fall fashion issue in Saint Laurent, was styled by Fashion Director Mobolaji Dawodu and photographed by Ryan McGinley. During his chat with writer Molly Young while running errands, Malek fulfilled our nosiness towards the Hollywood twosome as he stopped into a Goop store to purchase Boynton a surprise gift: Schmidt's Jasmine Tea (all-natural, aluminum-free) deodorant and a gold pendant necklace. Aw, how Internet Boyfriend of him. You can read the full interview and see the entire fashion shoot — chock full of Malek-worthy suits and slacks — on GQ's website.
Boynton, who wore Marc Jacobs on the cover New York Magazine's The Cut fall fashion issue, took on a more experimental approach. Styled by Fashion Director Rebecca Ramsey and photographed by Sophie Hart, Boynton took on different "Hollywood golden girl" personas for her shoot, which you can see in full on The Cut's website.
While speaking with writer Anna Silman, Boynton had CBD gummies to thank for helping with keeping her cool during Malek's sweet acceptance speech at the 2019 Oscars. ("Lucy Boynton, you're the heart of this film," he gushed. "You have captured my heart.") "Then, she says, 'I blacked out,'" wrote Silman. Don't you just love love? Lucy and Rami forever.
