Yara Shahidi always looks like an ethereal princess. In my book, she can do no wrong and I'm actually jealous of the latest look she wore to Pirelli's 2020 Calender "Looking for Juliet" presentation in Verona, Italy. Some might say I'm green with envy — but I just think she looks really freaking good. Talk about the perfect holiday look: Shahidi appears to be the most stylish Christmas tree you ever did see!
With the help of stylists extraordinaire Jason Bolden and John Mumblo, Shahidi donned a floor-length, green Gucci dress featuring billowy large sleeves, a belt-cinched waist and plenty of lace. She kept her accessories at a minimum — just a bracelet or two, stud earrings and a few rings — allowing the dress to speak for itself. Her hair, done by hairstylist Nicholas James, was cornrowed back into a low bun, while makeup artist Emily Cheng kept Shahidi's look simple with a subtle winged eye.
The actress may be "auditioning" for the role of Juliet in the new Pirelli calendar, but she's already won the role for queen of our hearts!
