Mociun is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to fill a multifaceted position within the organization. The ideal candidate must be professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills geared towards driving sales and overall organization through many channels. The key focus of the role is to provide exceptional customer service, by assisting clients in store and fielding all inquiries via phone, email and live chat.

This position is based out of our office and store at 683 Driggs Ave in Brooklyn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Provide excellent written and verbal customer service across all channels
  • Manage live chat by responding promptly and directing all inquiries to the appropriate team member
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and directing to the appropriate department
  • Monitor email and forward correspondences to the appropriate department

SPACE MANAGEMENT

  • Attend to the front door and doorbell
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Create a welcoming environment for clients by ensuring that all areas are clean and comfortable
    • Keep all product, surfaces, mirrors, and furniture clear and organized
    • Keep the front of house and back office clean and organized
  • Direct flow of traffic within store and office in compliance with current health and safety guidelines

APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

  • Assist clients with scheduling through online booking system, ensuring that staff is available during desired times
  • Welcome clients upon arrival and direct them to available appointment area
  • Communicate client arrivals and desires to appropriate sales specialist

FULFILLMENT

  • Assist clients with exchanges and returns via online portal
  • File claims for items damaged in transit and facilitate replacement items when necessary
  • Assist clients picking up orders in store

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

  • Strong understanding of all Mociun policies and procedures; product line, return/exchange period, shipping and production timelines, repairs, etc.
  • Provide management with client feedback and suggest areas of improvement where necessary

EXPECTATION OF STAFF

  • Adhere to company policy and procedures
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
  • Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management
  • Follow safety protocols

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a luxury customer service role
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills
  • A commitment to delivering top notch, personalized customer service
  • Experience and/or interest in art and design
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with POS systems and iOS required; Shopify, Airtable, Acuity, Tidio strongly preferred
  • Ambition to grow within the Mociun brand
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Completion of approved COVID-19 vaccination
