This season at NYFW has been really effing weird from a makeup trend perspective. For the most part, faces have been natural with some contouring and highlighting here and there. Lipstick has been practically non-existent (Diane Kendal's gorgeous Helmut Newton lips at Jason Wu being an exception), with some makeup artists even going so far as using foundation and concealer to cover lips up completely.
