With all the designer musical chairs going on in the fashion industry latetly, we've gotten pretty used to company-wide upheavals--but the latest shak
Yesterday, I visited best-selling psychic Roxanne Hulderman, who was giving readings to editors in Michael Bolla's Chelsea Mansion. We're taking our turn at Taco Tuesday--and we'll be competing against Krupp Group, which reps designers like Jeffrey Monteiro, Chris Benz, Lela Rose, and Rachel Comey! Stop by The Hudson Terrace in New York on Tuesday, July 27 for awesome eats, drinks, and raffle prizes, all for a good cause. All proceeds Taco Tuesday benefit Fashion Targets Breast Cancer, an ongoing initiative of the CFDA Foundations. You could also win some cute stuff from Giles & Brother by Philip Crangi, Lee Angel, Rachel Leigh and Lela Rose, Chris Benz and Aloha Rag. Rumor has it that a designer or two will also be stopping by to guest-bartend. Hope to see you there! To sign up and receive an invitation, or for more information, log onto TacoTuesdayNY.com.
Double duty designer Jeffrey Monteiro recently shot his Resort 2011 look book on the streets of Nolita. But instead of bringing in professional models, the veteran asked four of his friends to throw on some frocks and style them in their own special way. The final book will only feature a single interpretation of each look, but we thought it'd be fun to show you how three approached one. The star of this trio? Resort 2011's Kuru dress. Click through to meet the girls, and get a first look at the dress.
