Programs: Fashion and Accessories Design

Annual Tuition:
€26,200 (or $32,060 at the current exchange rate)

Famous Grads: Erin Fetherston, Tom Ford, Lazaro Hernandez, Patrick Robinson (NOTE: They all studied there when it was still a part of Parsons.)

What the Students Say:
"The community in the school is small. I found it very good because the teacher pays attention to everyone more individually, on the other hand, when there are not a lot of students in the class you can't really compare your work, learn from each other."

The Bottom Line: Once a part of The New School (and therefor, Parsons), the Paris College of Art has been independent since 2010. It's an interesting option for those who want to study abroad for more than a semester but still receive a thoroughly American education. (To be clear, there are also one-semester programs.)
