ELITE dropped Marchildon after she failed to get her hip width down two centimeters to the preferred 90cm. They withheld a chunk of her Top Model winnings, awarding her only $13,000 out of the $98,500 she was promised. An Amsterdam court ruled that since Marchildon was signed to the agency with her enormous 92cm hips, “Elite could therefore not demand she reach a hip size of 90 centimeters.” ELITE has been ordered to pay her the $85,000 she is due.
