We thought for a second that Karl Lagerfeld had signed on to endorse yet another random product, but fortunately it's just Ashton Kutcher playing "D
Alessandra Ambrosio and Ashton Kutcher have had a relationship with Brazilian label Colcci for several seasons running now. We attended the Colcci s
First of all, can we just talk about how the woman on the left (Alessandra Ambrosio) is five months pregnant? I know, unfair. Now we've gotten that out of the way, let's talk about the clothes: I have to admit that since all anyone could talk about in regards to Colcci was that Ashton Kutcher was definitely/probably going to be there, and that Alessandra was going to walk, I didn't have high expectations in terms of fashion. No one bothered to tell me that, in addition, to star presence, the clothes would actually be cute. But cute they were. In fact, this was one of our favorite collections so far. There were cool patchwork denim, mod minis and awesome knitwear. In short: There was lots to love.
We're here in Brazil for Sao Paulo fashion week (and by we, I mean, Hayley), and word is that Alessandra Ambrosio and Ashton Kutcher will walk the r
]A very sad (or happy, if you don't like them) rumor has been circulating on the celebrity gossip sites today: Demi Moore and Ashton may be splitting up. And while we know not to believe everything we read on gossip blogs, this rumor is somewhat believable for a few reasons: they spent their six-year anniversary apart, and the chronic Twitter oversharers haven't been tweeting at each other. Also, on the day before their anniversary, Demi tweeted (on a Twitter handle that she is going to have to change if this rumoris true): a quote from Greek philosopher Epictetus that said, "When we are offended at any man's fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger." Hmm. Regardless of their veracity, these reports got us reminiscing about Demi's history: both romantic and sartorial. She's gone through several transformations since the early '80s, when she married rocker Freddie Moore and joined the cast of General Hospital. Among those transformations were some nerdy glasses, very short haircuts and an unforgettable Charlie's Angels beach moment. So, click through for a guide to Demi's style evolution during all her relationships, with an especially close look at the Ashton years and her inability to age.
SAO PAULO--If you blinked, you might have missed it. Ashton Kutcher walked the runway for Brazilian label Colcci last night at Sao Paulo Fashion Week. And he didn't seem too thrilled about it either, despite the hefty paycheck he undoubtedly received for making the brief appearance. Perhaps he was sad to be without his wife, who accompanied him to last season's show when he walked for the label for the first time. Kutcher, who got his start has a model, opened the show alongside Alessandra Ambrosio wearing a mariniere with the sleeves casually pushed up, cuffed jeans and white oxfords. Ambrosio wore far less--a bright orange swimsuit with a cropped puffer coat (makes total sense, right?). Kutcher and Ambrosio also star in the label's print campaign. Kutcher looked good if a bit lackluster and scratched his back as he walked down the runway next to a smiling Ambrosio.
After walking down Colcci's runway at Sao Paulo Fashion Week, Ashton Kutcher is now the star of the brand's Fall 2011 campaign, according to Made in Brazil. His costar: Alessandra Ambrosio. What do you think? Totally sexy or too slick?
Fashism, the Hot or Not for street style, just closed its first round of funding, and some pretty major celebs have signed on. Ashton Kutcher, Nina Garcia, Demi Moore, and a bunch of investment firms--SV Angel, High Line Venture Partners, NV Investment, Vast Ventures, and Rick Webb--have raised $1 million for the New York-based company. Fashism's premise is stupidly smart: Users post pictures of outfits and others give their feedback by voting and commenting on each look. It's particularly popular with teenagers, but we've been surprised by how many late-twenty-somethings are into it as well. What's the injection of cash going to do for Fashism? Well for one, they'll be able to hire more people and add new functions to the site. Given the influx of user-generated e-commerce in the fashion space, some retail component makes sense. Maybe that's why FourSquare's Dennis Crowley and plaid shirt hero Steven Alan have come on board as advisers.
