How Miranda Kerr Lost Her Baby Weight and More From Victoria's Secret's Bombshell Event in LA
LOS ANGELES--Miranda Kerr’s body looks so good, it's hard to believe she had a baby in January. We couldn’t believe how amazing the supermodel looked in March in that burgundy dress at a Victoria’s Secret event, and yesterday afternoon we got to glimpse her post-baby body in person. (And yes, she really does look better than she did pre-baby. If that's possible.) The new mom was in LA celebrating the launch of the Victoria’s Secret Bombshell summer collection in a teeny blue dress that showed off her enviable legs and flat tummy. So what’s her secret? Basically, the girl’s got good genes. Although she didn’t keep track of how much weight she actually gained, she estimates that she put on about 30-40 pounds. She practiced yoga throughout her entire pregnancy, walked a lot, and ate healthfully. “When I have the choice, I’ll eat organic food. I cook lots of veggies, steamed fish, lentils. I like to eat healthy.” Kerr credits her healthy eating habits, yoga, and breastfeeding with helping her shed pounds after she had the baby. Also, she started working out with a trainer, doing squats and resistance band training, because, “I’ve got to get that butt back into shape.” Uh, looks like it’s already in perfect shape.
